Through my company, M3 Creative, I provide communications and creative solutions for churches, ministries, and other organizations. My work spans marketing, web and content development, music production, worship tracks, live-event production, live recording, post-production, mixing, and backline equipment rental. Whether supporting a company's branding, producing music, or handling audio from a live event through the final mix, I bring creative and technical experience together to provide practical, professional solutions.
MediaShout
Tech Support > Marketing Manager
At MediaShout, I supported churches and ministry teams with their video systems and presentation software, helping troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions for their visual media needs. I also produced training videos and web resources to help customers get more from their systems, while managing operations for a worship-team audio app, including customer service, product infrastructure, and royalty reporting. From there, I went on to oversee marketing for the company, serving a 130,000+ subscriber audience of church leaders and volunteers.
Hillside Sound
Remote Live Stream Mix Engineer
As one of the earliest engineers on Hillside Sound’s remote mixing team, I helped pioneer remote audio production for churches. I mixed complete services remotely for dozens of churches nationwide, working closely with onsite production teams to deliver consistent broadcast mixes while remotely diagnosing and resolving audio issues in real time. This experience gave me an early, hands-on role in developing the workflows and practices that made remote church audio production possible.
Unite Church Nashville
Co-Worship Pastor + Tech Director
As Co-Worship Pastor alongside my wife, and Tech Director at Unite Church Nashville, I led worship and production teams and oversaw all of the church’s AVL systems. During a major transitional season for the church, I helped improve sound, video, and lighting by better utilizing gear they already had, while building practical resources, processes, and training to make things more sustainable for staff and volunteers.
Blue Ridge Community Fellowship
Co-Worship Leader, Music & Tech Director
At Blue Ridge Community Fellowship, I built production and musician teams while helping establish a culture of worship and serving in the challenges of a new church plant. I trained a diverse group of volunteers, from high school students to senior adults, and worked to make the most of the audio, video, and lighting systems inherited with a new building. I also sourced used gear from larger churches, recommended strategic budget purchases, installed a functional lighting system, and helped design and build a new FOH booth.
Studio Greenville
Audio Team Lead
As part of the launch team at Studio Greenville, I helped design the church’s audio system from the ground up. I worked alongside the launch team and senior leadership to determine the needs of the space and consulted with AVL integrators connected to Bethel Redding and Octane AVL to help develop a practical system for the church’s launch and future growth. I also served as the lead audio engineer for services throughout the launch season.
Hope UC + Here Be Lions
Lead Audio Engineer
As Lead Audio Engineer at Hope UC, I served as the primary FOH engineer during the church’s launch and for travel engagements with Dustin Smith and Here Be Lions. This included mixing weekly services as well as supporting larger worship events and engagements on the road.
